The pay is low but there are good fringe benefits

- Better communication between administration and faculty/staff. Eliminate some layers of management.
What I like about the company
Great coworkers. Paid conferences. Very flexible work hours. Loads of training. Free parking.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of communication between administration and faculty. Too many committees that don’t accomplish anything. Too many meetings. Low pay compared to similar higher education institutions
