Suggestions for improvement
- I would provide healthcare and dental benefits as well as vacation hours to those who have accumulated a certain amount of hours to the company already. Loyalty to the company should be rewarded regardless of position. I would also provide those with more flexible hours more shifts and would cater more to them than to those who only can or WANT to work fewer hours. Those who are more willing to work should be able to receive adequate hours.
What I like about the company
The company regularly provides food and snacks for the employees. The staff gets along well with each other and you can make good friends in this company.
What I dislike about the company
The company needs to have longer and more engaged training. Sometimes you can be put into a department that you are not familiar with, and you will only be trained for a few minutes then will be left alone. The company also should provide benefits to non-managers and non-coordinators because there are some people who are given full-time hours but don't get to receive the benefits just because of their lower status even though they work just as hard or even harder.
