Suggestions for improvement
- I do not feel anything should change.
The company is always willing to promote from within, they offer classes in order to advance in company, employee discounts.
Payroll is very limited, Managers are not allowed to task, training new associates needs to be separated from regular payroll, too much micro managing.
TJX is very good at working with your needs. It is easy to request and receive time off. They provide a lot fun incentives such as treats in the break room, prizes, recognition cards, etc. they are understanding if you have an emergency.
It’s a bit frustrating to a lot of employees that they scheduled 5 hours and 45 minutes in order to avoid giving a lunch break which is required at six hours
