Suggestions for improvement
- Promoting and really talking to the associates and treating them with respect and decency.
- Very negative and stressful atmosphere. Ask for a lot but does not give back. Raises are The most $.25-$.30 a year. No over time available. No Recognition. Only get benefits if you work 30+. Only mangers get bonuses. Key holders and Cordinator's / supervisor are Overlooked and over worked.
What I dislike about the company
There is a
List of things. They really need to regroup on how to treat the associates and management better.
