Archaic organizational structure. Bullyism is the order of the day for management. Lack of support.

Technology challenged. Many key systems of compliance are manual and antiquated.
Lip service but no real commitment.
Over worked under paid, haven't offered employees a raise in over ten years. Just started doing performance evaluations.

Suggestions for improvement
- Needs to transition management bullies out of building. They have to rebuild bridge between staff and management.
What I like about the company
Non management work force good hard working talented people.
What I dislike about the company
Management has bullying culture. Upper Management detached and unconcerned. HQ internal promotion record not good.
