Top heavy / unwilling to be flexible or supportive towards staff
Suggestions for improvement
- At the time of my employment The company definitely needed diversity and sensitivity training. They also needed to be more flexibility with work hours. Also not a very friendly work environment. Attorneys were encouraged to not have a personal relationship with the Staff although a few of the associates were very nice.
What I dislike about the company
Unfortunately the firm had far too many old senior partners who were detached or didn't care about the well being of their staff. They frowned upon unpaid leave but only gave 2 weeks vacation to its employees. You had to be with the firm 10 years to get 3 weeks vacation.
