Suggestions for improvement
- Do what can be done with the people Marvell has, and can hire; rather than add extra projects to theS already overloaded existing employees.
I like about the employer
Stock options, when they are given; (often the stocks are frozen for lawsuits or because the company is "in bad shape"); but the times they have been made available, they are very welcome.
I dislike about the employer
Middle management only cares about looking good short term, employees are asked to make painful sacrifices with little or no compensation for the long hours of work. Frequently we are asked to "work harder", "nights and weekends", "24/7" for extended periods of over a year, with extra work piled on in the middle of the crunch times.
