Its dictatorial. And that's the good part.
Management pits one against another. All teamwork training programs are just to influence people to swallow it and not complain.

can work independently within a tight framework with a little bit of wiggle room.
CEO is better at it, but next level down doesnt care enough to communicate. When they do, they equivocate
Attitude towards older colleagues
They dont get promoted. Do get removed one way or another.
Average, unless youre a manager and above, then your time is their time. All of it.

Management is all white, esp C-level.
Suggestions for improvement
- Culture change requires first that CEO does not bring his old cronies and set them up in important positions. Who can trust a CEO like that.
