The supervisors are very good about telling the workers when they are doing good and helping them when they're not.
Support from management
The employers are easy to work with as far as scheduling goes, they are understanding, and almost always they have my back if a patron is being rude. They make me feel safe and happy.
It really depends on who you're working with. Also the library as a whole does not function as one being.
Because it's a work study job, there isn't opportunity for a raise or a higher position in the staff, unless the student graduates and then they can reapply at the library for a different job.
Overall compensation for your work
The wages definitely match the responsibility of the job, sadly it's just not a lot, and there is no opportunity for a raise. They do always pay on time though.
