Suggestions for improvement
- Learn how to appreciate your employees better, they are the ones who make the money for you.
What I like about the company
I liked the people that I worked with, and the clients that came to the salon.
What I dislike about the company
She tells you what you want to hear and then doesn't follow thru. She makes stylists work 9 hours or more a shift. There is no positive feedback, and you only know when you have done something wrong, by getting fired.
