Suggestions for improvement
- Praise your good staff!! Support them when they decide to go to college instead of just signing them up to do in-services without asking them at times they were in class even though their class schedule was given to management several times.
I like about the employer
I liked my co-workers and some management.
I dislike about the employer
They did not care about employee safety. Some of the most violent and aggressive residents were at Children's Residential and over the years it got worse and worse. Staff did not get credit or praised for being able to handle these extremely aggressive residents when no one else could. Residential staff was treated like second class citizens compared to day school staff.
