Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of facilities leadership. Make policies clearer for getting rid of people after issues of harassment. Promote individuals who are willing to work hard. Prevent abuse of the company from individuals who just want more money. Convince individuals working 40+ years to retire - make retirement plans reachable.
What I like about the company
The people I work with are generally great. The place is generally great. Our culture generally fits the Catholic beliefs for we want to help others. I have amazing students and great grad students to help.
