Suggestions for improvement
- Compensate employees equally. Recognize some of the administration has been there for a long time and if you would like change to occur, that may be where to begin
What I like about the company
Wonderful benefits although have decreased over the years. Vacation time is wonderful. Tuition benefits for those after certain number of years is great for self, dependents and spouses. Can be a rewarding depending on the department you work for.
What I dislike about the company
Administration does not value other employees. HR is not very functional.
