Suggestions for improvement
- Management that pays attention to the actual employees instead of the numbers. Someone that knows what you do and understands it vs someone that just tells you to work faster.
I like about the employer
Very little. The location was close to my home.
I dislike about the employer
Absolutely no job security. Most employees are temps. If you are hired in you need to watch everything you do or say. If someone thinks its negative towards the company you end up in the HR office. You have very little opportunity for job advancement, even with a degree. I was over-qualified for my position but couldn't seem to advance no matter how hard I tried. They overwork the employees that are good at their job but keep the lazy people too. The good workers have to pick up their slack and work extra hours.
