Support from management
Not one manager knows what it takes to get finished goods out the door. The solution for everything is a write up or firing. Suggestions are ignored and the common saying is "it's never like this" or "we've always done it this way at milgard". Retention rates are horrible due to constant 12 hour days up to six times a week.
You will live at milgard. With bad equipment and raw materials it's impossible to reach goals. Not enough training and no training manuals will make your head spin. Easy job made difficult by higher ups.
