My supervisor lied to me. I was told that I was valued and had job security, then I was replaced by a "more diverse" candidate. Ironically, my replacement was certainly NOT diverse within the MassArt community.
Level of Autonomy
I had 100% say in the structuring of my responsibilities. There was no direction from higher up.
At MassArt, up is down and women are more equal than men. This, of course, is not good for women who happen to be married to men who work at MassArt.
