Working in a Hospital is hectic and schedules are tight but they try to instill work-life balance for us to stay healthy and more productive.

- I think the improvements would be more flexible scheduling for the medical staff, nurses, cnas, etc., which would be up C-level and HR Management.
What I like about the company
I worked my way up the ladder starting out in the Accounting office to now in Finance analyst to now Finance Manager. It was good amount of work but it was worth it.
What I dislike about the company
I do not disapprove on anything withing my job description, but for some employees on the medical end of it. need more work-life balance. Scheduling and double shifts can be tough.
