Suggestions for improvement
- New Leadership, with people who have a track record/experience of running a college and attends work regularly, which workforce can trust and respect.A new Board elected by non-political, or connected people to the school, administrators, or politicians. Administration with ethics, truth and loyalty. Parent Association NOT to have any influence over rules etc of the student body, but be a supportive arm for them.Eliminate company officers in exchange for TRAs in dorms. Fairness to all.
What I like about the company
Location, good student body and faculty.
What I dislike about the company
Discrimination, preferential treatment, abuse of power, very political, no intelligent leadership. A board of trustees who do not respond or interact just go along with administration. Too many alumni employed there.
