Suggestions for improvement
- Build in that extra time in between so clients can actually get a full hour of massage.
I like about the employer
It's guaranteed work, the ability to pick your own schedule. The chance to work your way up, I went from just an MT, to becoming a esthetician, to lead esthetician. Then finally the spa manager.
I dislike about the employer
It can be robotic. They want everything to be the exact same. Not enough time in between clients. You always run late because your giving the client the time to talk after and discuss after care.
