Suggestions for improvement
- Work with the lower employees instead of sitting in offices
pay was decent for position
had to pay part of my health insurance, contacting human resources was tedious and took days to get responses. No back up support from supervisors when employees were not providing me with the needed information. Was provided zero training and expected to know how to do tasks none of the supervisors knew how to do, was told to figure out programs that I did not have the correct information to complete. No accountability taken by the supervisors when something went wrong. Rules changed on a weekly basis, depending upon if the supervisor was happy with the employees. Was not paid correctly or on time for overtime, paid days off and holidays. Supervisors would fight/argue with other employees in front of all employees. No privacy provided for meetings. Absolutely no job security, the supervisors would threaten employees on a regular basis if incorrect information was challenged or a question asked that they did not agree with concerning following policies or doing a job correctly the first time.
