From my experience on 2nd....there is no support at all
Again... Good luck. You're lucky if you get properly trained. Depends on what shift and who trains you and how fast you catch on. If you tend to be too slow of a learner, i hope you have tough skin, bc these guys aren't going to be very patient.
Freedom to work independently
La and it's definitely more about quantity it than it is quality. Don't mess up to me cabinets... Then you'll start getting people angry....
Town hall before each shift. And depending on if you have a good lead or not... You might get something.....good luck on 2nd..other then maybe ahipping, and the lead Picker... Thats about it for any good Lead or management anything.

Younger ones act worse than a bunch of loud mouth grade school kids

Good luck..... 6 days a week usually. They'll spring that mandatory Saturday on you at the last min... Like they'll tell you on that Thursday. And don't let them fool you into thinking that you're going to get off after you work 8 hours. You will not get off until that last cabinets built. Could be 8 hours 9 hours 10 hour nights......
Not sure but def not for the weak or disabled and low pro weed out the weak and disabled
None of its really that hard. Although some positions are a bit more complicated than others or take more training... But none of its rocket science... It's just fast paced... And extremely hot in the summers

- Better management, better regulation of how coworkers treat and train new employees, Leads that lead

Overall management.... The favortism shown... How people were able to get away with things just being buddy buddy with the supervisors/leads.... Mistreatment of the ones who been there for years... Or put on long hours every time people would walk out, no shows, etc.
Working numbers to report harassment/discrimination and updated policy books instead of changing the rules every so often...
Making EVERYONE follow all rules.. Not just some
