What I like about the company
They make an effort to diversity the employees here. Socially conscious; huge contributors to a lot of philanthropic groups. Pushes the envelope in terms of technology and payment methods.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of employee growth. A lot of hiring externals instead of internal candidates. Moving towards 'open' floor plans that they consider an improvement of 'collaboration' when it in fact has the opposite effect. No space, no privacy, no true sense of a team environment. A high sense of bureaucracy - the wrong people getting ahead for the wrong reasons. No upper level management support.
