Suggestions for improvement
- I would have upper management trust their teams more.
Not good. Depends on who you are. If you're not one of the favorites in the group, you get no respect.
mastercard is interested in the millennials. walking around there is like walking around inside a college.

Depends on who you are and who you work for. Not everyone gets treated fairly.
They make an effort to diversity the employees here. Socially conscious; huge contributors to a lot of philanthropic groups. Pushes the envelope in terms of technology and payment methods.
Lack of employee growth. A lot of hiring externals instead of internal candidates. Moving towards 'open' floor plans that they consider an improvement of 'collaboration' when it in fact has the opposite effect. No space, no privacy, no true sense of a team environment. A high sense of bureaucracy - the wrong people getting ahead for the wrong reasons. No upper level management support.
