Support from Management
The superiors had no idea what the others were doing. Too much of changing processes every few weeks because someone was unhappy. Not clear who was boss. Very confusing. Leaders did not follow HR rule

No ladder to climb was ever in place. A carnival carousel of employees no way of accelerating a career.
Suggestions for improvement
- Treat your employees time away from work with respect. When an employee comes to you with concerns do not act disinterested.
