Suggestions for improvement
- The SOC needs another mid management shake up . The favoritism runs rampant and impedes th the quality of employees being retained . The morale is very low and staff are seeking employment elsewhere as a direct result .

Treatment of,employees by supervisors and upper management . Pay is based on who likes you , not how intelligent the employee is , as well as ,what they contribute.
