Directed culture improvements were never adhered to.
Support from Management
Lack of direction.
Teamwork in field offices was good. From corporate support staff it was terrible.
Level of Autonomy
No autonomy. Everything was micro managed.
Planned communication was regularly occurring only it wasn't prudent to speak the truth.
The leadership team across the country is predominantly 90% white male.
