Support from management
Management staff members kept employees updated on any & all changes not related to individual employees & their performance.
Freedom to work independently
Training was always available for those who needed it.
For the most part, all employees have the career opportunities as any other person.
Overall compensation for your work
As such, like most companies go, payroll ran smoothly, but there were times when finances on paychecks weren't always accurate, and the time it would take to get everything straighten out would be rather longer than expected.
Depending on how our daily log of "to-do's" were & if we consistently kept up on them, our jobs would not be called into question.
Inclusive / Diverse
For the most part diverse opinions & ideas were supported.
Suggestions for improvement
- Perhaps provide reimbursement for those who travel to & from work that live 45 minutes + away from work.
What I like about the company
They were very understanding about specific situations with individuals & their needs. They provided opportunities for advancement as well as performance reviews which would lead to an increase in pay.
What I dislike about the company
They had a tendency to have unnecessary conversations with the wrong employees about other employees in a negative manner.
