Suggestions for improvement
- Overall they need live up to their reputation, because they really don't anymore. Do they want to be a churn and burn company? Or a company that actually cares about its employees and values them which in turn will help them offer more value to their customers. And if they can't, then they to re-evaluate and decide what they want to be known for.
What I like about the company
They have some great people who are easy to get along with and fun to work with. They offer really great flexibility with work a schedules and the PTO is pretty generous.
