Very few males are even given an opportunity to interview let alone be hired
Attitude towards older colleagues
I have seen many older women get interviewed but I have never seen one be hired
Turnover is very high so if your willing to put in the work and be available you can honestly make it from entry-level part time worker to store manager in less than 5 years.
Overall compensation for your work
I feel that everyone I have talked to is compensated fairly.
Office / Work Environment
The front of the store is always very clean and well presented however the backroom can be chaos. I have had to clean on my lunch break just so I can have a place to sit and eat. There is so much shipment that gets sent in and not enough hours given to have it all sorted and put out.
Great image. Very well presented.
It's pretty hard to get fired and unlikely you would ever be laid off unexpectedly
No problems getting into the store but it would be hard to actually shop the tracks are way too close together.
The staff constantly learns new ways to stay safe in case of different dangers. There are clear and consistent guidelines on how to handle any situation.
