Support from Management
Little support from upper managment
Team always had a "me" component coming from upper manangment
Company culture was dictator based.
Suggestions for improvement
- Company has potential, but the Owners need to turn company over to people with actual construction experience and allow them to work without interference if they want the business to thrive.
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Stifles indivdual efforts. Managment claims others ideas and only rewards people that it likes while ignoring efforts of others with equal or better abilities. Uses several shell companies to work their employees thru so it can continue to bid other work. Changes employee work classifications daily to reduce responsibility to offer insurance for employees and to hide the actual jobs/work performed that the employees were actually doing.
