Company is from Argentina not American upper management.
Support from Management
To much Cooperate involvement. Not familiar with local culture.
Teams are as strong as the leadership. Supervision is weak in some areas.
Level of Autonomy
The strong supervisors are often ask to do more than the weaker supervisors.
To many things get lost in the shuffle.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Seemed to be first to be cut when work load slows down.
