Trust is lacking and leadership plays favorites.
Support from management
Does not support the team. Says they do, but instead point fingers and place blame.
Company separates recruiting from nursing. Teamwork ok within the separate groups, but does not come together well.
Freedom to work independently
Large workload. Leadership expects too much.
Information kept from employees. Only told things that sound appealing, but not realistic.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long serving employees only recognized via email and usually only if in management.
Overall compensation for your work
Salaries are very low for the amount of work.
Vacation requests usually granted. Long work hours expected.
Employees do not view the company as a first choice, but as an only choice. Been told by many the company will hire anyone despite qualities.
Yes, constant change
Safety not considered for those in the field.

Being different frowned upon, expected to conform.
