Suggestions for improvement
- Ensure supervisors are able to perform most of the functions their department is tasked with. Supervisors should have regular meetings with the people they supervise to learn what is going on they may not have known about, as well as to pass on information. Senior management should value the skills and responsibilities of employees, rather then casually treat them as replaceable components.
