Support from management
The conduct of anyone in management was very often unprofessional, and it was obvious that there were many aspects the management team was not trained in, leaving them unable to help their staff.
Most of the time, employees worked well together. Often, there would be workers only willing to do the work their way.
Freedom to work independently
Everytime workers left or were fired, work was likely to be dumped on others regardless of their current load and there was no compensation for the extra work.
All staff members come in with little to no training on their set training days, and instead are trained by employees at their office, which may have just started recently themselves.
Inclusive / Diverse
Often we were asked to come up with strategies, but would find our ideas being turned down as unrealistic, or unable to work.
