Suggestions for improvement
- My team is good to work with majority of the time. Too much gossiping though.
Not the worst place, but not the best place.
Goals can be a joke, expectations can be unrealistic and when asked for an opinion, sometimes you are made to feel insignificant.
The teams work together to get the tasks done.
It's expected to be able to perform the job without bothering management.
Processes change frequently and limited information is given. When you interpret something that management doesn't agree with, your scolded.
The employees who work get dumped more work on them. Others who literally tell supervisors that they will not do something get to sit back and do bare minimum.
At first there wasn't someone over your shoulder day after day trying to watch you work. But some supervisors pick and choose who they want to check up on. And it's never the individuals who sit and watch TV Shows on their phone all day instead of working.
