Supervisors often complimenting my efforts.
Support from management
Supervisor very supportive, but consistently unable or unwilling deal with conflict.
Supervisors told peers they should do some things the way I did, or complimented me in front of them. This caused a few people to refuse to speak to me.
The department in which I worked had a conflict avoidant supervisor and an disorganized, inept coordinator. There were virtually no procedures in writing, despite requesting them many times.
There did not appear to be a connection between people's work and who was fired or retained.
