No way There is no dev lopment plans for employees After being there for a while, you can tell this part of the company is not in it for the long haul

Very contentious Management continuously tripped over dollars trying to grab nickels No feedback or support from management. Watched to see a f people came back from lunch late Focused on not the tree, but more like the branch- what forest?

  • Learn how business works in the USA Simply treating a division of the company as nothingness no but a distributor, high expectations with little to no support, will not grow this business people that work for this company will continue to have high turnover as long as they feel that they are filling a spot for now, with no future

Information on company success is being company since a couple months to the floor too, has been summarized for staff in admin ever since the company exists. More than basic information can be retrieved on request, with staffs initiative i.e pro-active behavior

Building a little clamped, but new facility is being build (double capacity) for future, planned growth
