- McCarthy, Burgess & Wolff, Inc.08.Sep 2016
Poor culture starts with owners. Rolls right down to managers and supervisors. Avoid this place for your own sanity and dignity.
Support from management
Micromanagement. Don't make a mistake or they will penalize you monetarily. They are so nice that they make you work for minimum wage as a penalty for weeks at a time as a form of punishment. So the owner still makes the money you collect, but with a fraction of the overhead cost. Employment genius or unscrupulous advantage taker?
Not a concern of ownership at all. Managers all seem overworked and ultra stressed.
Suggestions for improvement
- Go to college or read a book on effective and modern management. Be nice to your employees, you are not better than us because of your tax bracket. Stop acting like you know everything because you have old schooled your business to a mediocre level of success.
What I like about the company
Not much, beware. Everyone there has one foot out the door.
What I dislike about the company
Outrageous turnover, aggressively punitive work environment and lack of decency from ownership.
