Poor culture starts with owners. Rolls right down to managers and supervisors. Avoid this place for your own sanity and dignity.

Micromanagement. Don't make a mistake or they will penalize you monetarily. They are so nice that they make you work for minimum wage as a penalty for weeks at a time as a form of punishment. So the owner still makes the money you collect, but with a fraction of the overhead cost. Employment genius or unscrupulous advantage taker?
