Support from Management
The conditions in which the employees worked with the kids were horrible. In temperatures above 95, the kids were made to go outside for long periods of time, often without water or beverage. The tutors/teachers weren't provided the proper essentials to do their jobs. The bus driver/owners husband was negligent in transporting the kids to the extent where the kids could have been injured on several occasions. It was a horrible place to work. The bosses were confrontational and were only interested in covering each other's back. The turnover rate was ridiculous. That place is an abuse of the state's resources.
