Retirement plans and company benefits are great
It's all about money and not employee needs
The turn over is extremely high, due to favoritism and jealously
I seen two deaths and one amputee while my time of employment, and the company just tried to push it aside and get production going again
Its more about making the supervisors look good so they can get promoted, than the employees needs. The work itself is not that challenging.Hire more
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire more qualified personnel instead of individuals who you know aren't going to make it anyway. It's a waste of money to train them for nothing.

What I dislike about the company
The way employees are treated, they have very little say, and the point system, which I get, needs to have so leeway. I have seen some great employees lose there job, because a train blocked there access to punch in on time, while salary workers can come to work when ever they wake up!
