Micromanaging is the method of leadership and doesn't lend for employee growth or moral.
Overall compensation for your work
No benefits and raises don't happen as promised. Salaries that fall on a holiday or when office is closed are paid after the office opens back up. Employees that leave wait weeks, sometimes past 30 days to get final check.
Difficult to take time off and long hours with little reward.

I enjoy the work of helping patients get healthy.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of opportunity and consistency. Little stability.
