Not the greatest place to work

Suggestions for improvement

  • Better management that actually care about there employees. Owner and director of operations support when you tell them a problem. Less hostile work environment!

What I like about the company

Flexible work schedule, free meals which we wont be getting anymore soon and the company provides us with a family outing every year at knights action park.

What I dislike about the company

The environment is very hostile and the managers are very disrespectful to the employees. The managers also are not held accountable for the problems they cause. The owner is unaware of some of things that are happening in his company. Owner is also disregards what employees tell him because he thinks were complaining.
