Support from Management
The supervisor was constantly micromanaging and lack people skills, which resulted in a not so friendly working environment.
Suggestions for improvement
- The old company had a hard time adapting to changes after their merger. This resulted in the tone and the atmosphere uncomfortable.

The company went through reorganization and therefore; there were a high turnover rate.
