Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2007
They talk as if they care about everyone, but there very much is favoritism and bias. They only care about the people they personally choose, or who they can get to do things for them beyond the workplace. They allow select people to break the rules all the time, while reprimanding others. Supervisors are rowdy, intimidating, distracting, engage in horseplay around intimidated employees often. They break their own rules, and care nothing about concerns of people they feel are unimportant. They lecture people about harassing others, but they care not if someone complains of being harrassed who is not personally favored by them. They treat everyone like children. Again, they allow certain employees to act inappropriately while punishing or firing others.
My job is not stable, but it is unstable on the basis of personal bias, not organizational structuring.
