Suggestions for improvement
- Better pay so people can actually make a living wage. Actual communication with the people above you more than 2 times the whole semester. Actual feedback while you are teaching so you can make adjustments and/or changes.
What I like about the company
Close. Some of the people very nice to work with.
What I dislike about the company
Poor support. Poor pay - Poverty level pay. They even had a question on a survey asking if you or another teacher you knew were on welfare.
Poor communication (Ex. did not receive review until 3 months after school had ended).
Fed the line "If you work hard and get to know the administrators, you could be put on full time".
Yet they had hired no more than 5 full time teachers in the previous 2 years.
