RUN! don't walk away from this horrible place. Extremely abusive, will work you until exhaustion. Will lie about hours.
Contant backstabbing from co-managers. Will throw you under the bus instead of working with you to resolve daily issues.
Support from management
Complaints or suggestions to upper management are ignored.
Other departments will work against you instead of with you to resolve business matters

Horrible. Non existent. 65 to 70 hours a week is the norm. Salaried employees are exploited as much as the company can get away with. You are lied to on hire and told no more than 50 a week. hourly employees will make more than you. You will work EVERY holiday period.

Suggestions for improvement
- there are so many areas that are deficient it is difficult to say where to begin. But the exploitation and treatment of workers and junior management is the worst.

free food every now and then.
What I dislike about the company
total sweatshop. You are not fairly compensated for the hours put in.
