What I like

I am paid well above average for my job at comparable companies near my home. Benefits are above average as well. I have a position that I can work independently and do not have to have a supervisor with me the entire shift. I can usually get any issues resolved relatively quickly.

What I dislike

The communication between upper management and lower level employees needs improvement, as well as communication between floor management and upper management. I feel as though we do not have enough leadership on the floor.

Suggestions for improvement

Employee stock purchase plan would be an added benefit. A more set schedule would make others happy. Over the past few months, some employees have had their schedule changed with short notice. We also do not have a quit time, it's when the work gets done, are we allowed to leave.

We are grateful for teammates who will speak up if they think we have some work to do. We'd encourage you to attend a roundtable or speak to leadership through our open door policy and let them know your ideas.
