Suggestions for improvement
- Their should be more accountability for miscommunication and training to new employees
Manager avoids staff. Stays out of the way and doesn't take time to talk with staff.
If left alone, staff work very well together and get lots done.
Manager rarely gets back to you when asked to get something done.
Raises are rare (one in five years). You stay at the pay level you are hired in at so a new worker will be at the base pay level in five or ten years later.
The leadership at this company was very rude. The looked down to employees that didn't have a high position.
Patient sitters are in danger by the patients that try to attack them. Yes they have security but sometimes that's not quick enough.
