Office / Work Environment
Mold on walls after water leak. Took weeks to be cleaned with employee exposure. Equipment outdated and poorly maintained. Forced to perform tasks without proper and vital equipment
No indication of awareness of environmental impacts. Note on one door during major water flooding stated "Caution Asbestos"
Often forced to come in early, work late & work overtime. Frequently no breaks or meals for 8 to 12 hours.
Employees do not speak fondly of employer.
No job security. Human Resources unwilling to help employees of even suggest ways to find information
Elevators frequently out of service
Often forced to lift weights exceeding OSHA. Forced to perform procedures without industry standard monitoring equipment.

Suggestions for improvement
- Review equipment and update or replace outdated equipment. Include employee input when making system changes and actually pay attention to what they see.
