This does not exist, management tells you and you have no input.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get fresh blood running key areas of the company, and throw away the military model.
I like about the employer
I liked a clean environment to work in.
I dislike about the employer
This is not a career. Your body cannot keep up with the demands of the job physically. The culture is run or as military model, which is very damaging when you are an employee and not actually in the military? No feedback unless it is negative feedback. Management is fresh out of college (Yale, Harvard etc..) and have no idea how to treat employees and no degree in Logistics management but more like "History of Literature" etc... . This is the worst job I have ever had when it came to communications and a sense of belonging and community. Employees are so disgruntled that the negative environment depletes any such hope of a healthy/team work environment.
