Excellent support by awesome very very intelligent Management team laid back atmosphere kinda like a Google sales position but on a smaller scale . Just very knowledgeable and informative sales management team.
Suggestions for improvement
- Provide vehicles for some sales reps. The ones that want to use company vehicles newer vehicles instead of their own vehicles but a majority of the sales team wants to drive their own vehicles because of the mileage and compensation. Also you get a nice base salary but you do need to meet caps. For me it was $600,00 a year to keep my base salary which was a little over 10% of that which was good but you had to meet this in order to keep this salary the following year . Your commissions were paid towards your following year salary so if you met your cap of $600.00k you got to keep your $60k base of not they would want to know what was going on in the field and then lower your base and your cap on what you had to do. So this would give you that extra 2nd year after your second year of you didn't have your shot together doing double or three times your cap you were out of there. They don't play games they pay big but they want results just like any where else.
