Management skills in some departments are severely lacking.

- Spend a little more time on retaining qualified employees and screening new hires before utilizing the "trial and error" method.
What I like about the company
I think that being the largest employer in the area, there is definitely a camaraderie with the knowledge that there are others who work there. MD Anderson knows this and promotes it.
