Support from Management
First two years great supervision. Changes to policy and upper. Management changed patient focused care to sales focused business.
Teamwork good at times just had very high turnover rate so good team one day strangers the next day.
Level of Autonomy
The senior employee did majority of work but loved it and didn't mind working early or late as a salaried employee
Weekly meetings at least regarding sales and goals that needed to be met
